MDIIY Courses

Foundation Courses:

These are normally 8 weeks in length and specially designed for absolute beginners.

They run on Mondays (5:30 – 6:50 pm), Wednesdays (7:30 – 9:00 pm) and Thursdays (7:00 – 8:30 pm)

They will introduce you to the basics of Iyengar yoga in a safe and carefully structured way. They give you a sound understanding of how and what to practise safely and what the benefits of Iyengar yoga practice may be for you. Also, they will provide a solid basis from which to move on to other Iyengar yoga classes that will allow you to progress further.
