MDIY Courses

Foundation Courses:

These are 10 weeks in length and specially designed for absolute beginners.  Normally several courses run each week, on weekday evenings.

They will introduce you to the basics of Iyengar yoga in a safe and carefully structured way. They give you a sound understanding of how and what to practise safely and what the benefits of Iyengar yoga practice may be for you. Also, they will provide a solid basis from which to move on to other Iyengar yoga classes that will allow you to progress further.
