Iyengar Institutes are non profit-making membership organisations committed to promoting the practice and philosophy of Iyengar yoga in their areas. They offer a wide range of classes and workshops led by qualified teachers with years of experience.

When you join MDIIY, a Member Institute of the Iyengar Yoga Association (UK) you also automatically receive membership of IYA (UK). As a member of both your Member institute and IYA (UK) you are entitled to:
• Local newsletters
• Free copies of Iyengar Yoga News published twice a year by IYA (UK)
• Local events and classes at reduced prices
• Discounts on national IYA(UK) conventions
• Regular updates by e-mail on all upcoming Iyengar Yoga events, workshops, conventions, holidays etc in the UK, Ireland and overseas.
• Membership of the IYA (UK) website Discussion Forum
• The opportunity to network with other Iyengar yoga practitioners.

The Certification Mark is a registered trade mark awarded to teachers who are approved members of the Iyengar Yoga Association (UK).

Only properly trained and certified teachers who have maintained their professional development are legally permitted to use this logo. All teachers at MDIIY have the Certification Mark.
